Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Tigerhawk Logistics, LLC (“Tigerhawk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with the Tigerhawk Logistics transportation management system and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — name, email address, role, and authentication data (including multi-factor authentication settings) for users of the Service.
- Operational data — logistics records such as loads, containers, customers, drivers, equipment, routing, documents, and related details used to run drayage operations.
- Financial and accounting data — invoices, payments, settlements, and related records, including data exchanged with connected accounting platforms (see Section 3).
- Usage and technical data — log data, activity records, device and browser information, and similar diagnostic data generated through use of the Service.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
- Authenticate users and enforce role-based access;
- Process billing, invoicing, payments, and accounting workflows;
- Synchronize data with authorized third-party integrations;
- Maintain audit trails and detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues;
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. QuickBooks Online (Intuit) Data
The Service offers an optional integration with Intuit QuickBooks Online. If an authorized administrator connects a QuickBooks Online account, the Service accesses and exchanges accounting data with Intuit through Intuit’s APIs in order to synchronize customers, invoices, and related accounting records.
- What we access — customer records, invoices, items, and related accounting data necessary to keep the Service and QuickBooks Online in sync, along with OAuth tokens and identifiers used to maintain the connection.
- How we use it — solely to provide the accounting synchronization features of the Service (for example, creating or updating invoices and customers, reading aging reports, and recording sync status). We do not sell QuickBooks Online data or use it for advertising.
- Storage and security — QuickBooks authorization tokens are stored with access restricted to privileged service processes, and accounting data is protected using the security measures described in Section 6.
- Revoking access — an administrator may disconnect the QuickBooks Online integration at any time from within the Service or from the Intuit account’s connected-apps settings. After disconnection, the Service stops exchanging data with Intuit.
4. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers to deliver its functionality. Data may be processed by these providers solely to perform services on our behalf:
- Intuit QuickBooks Online — accounting synchronization;
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage;
- Vercel — application hosting;
- Port Houston — container and vessel tracking data;
- Twilio — telephony for the voice agent;
- Samsara — vehicle location and telematics;
- Email delivery providers — transactional email (e.g. document and notification delivery).
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as necessary to provide the Service, with service providers acting on our behalf, or as required by law.
5. Cookies
The Service uses strictly necessary cookies to maintain authenticated sessions and security. We do not use cookies for advertising.
6. Data Security
We employ administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, row-level access controls in the database, role-based authorization, multi-factor authentication for privileged accounts, and audit logging of significant actions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, accounting, and operational requirements. Financial records may be retained longer to satisfy recordkeeping and audit obligations. Where feasible, financial records are deactivated or voided rather than permanently deleted to preserve audit integrity.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your role and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain information, subject to legal and recordkeeping limits. Administrators may manage user access and may disconnect third-party integrations. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Service is a business application and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. International Users
The Service is operated in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
